Woodland Welding Works has been fabricating Architectural and Structural components for the Commercial, Industrial, and Agricultural industries since 1978.
Architectural fabrications include curved and spiral stairs with integral guardrails and handrails made of steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, bronze, and cable components. Painting, powdercoating, and brush finishing are examples of the various decorative finishes incorporated into our manufacturing processes, including custom patterns and architecturally distressed stainless steel and aluminum panels. On-site metal graining, sandblasting, passivating, and painting equipment makes achieving many architectural pattern possible.
Structural fabrications include steel framed buildings, roof structures, moment frames, braced frames, seismic retrofits, canopies, and trellises. Columns, beams, trusses, girders, and headers are available components for various hybrid-framed structures as well.
Industrial fabrications include mezzanines, catwalks, stairs, railing, conveyors, plenums, chutes, hoppers, storage racks, and bins for manufacturing facilities, fish hatcheries, food processing equipment, and experimental-type applications. Stainless steel, aluminum, and hot-dipped galvanized steel variations are available for all of these items.
Agricultural products servicing the tomato, almond, and lettuce industries are availables and include both powered and non-powered implements such as mulchers, listers, vine trainers, and spring tools. Additionally, replacement parts are available for harvesters and other related farming equipment.
Products can be found in many Educational, Judicial, Correctional, Retail, Manufacturing, Processing, and Storage facilities. AutoCAD, Tekla, and SolidWorks are modeling, computer-aided-design, and computer-aided-engineering software programs used in-house at our facility. Working closely with local structural engineers allows for a complete delivery process, from initial product conception to design, fabrication, and erection of all components by our own trained and experienced personnel.
On-site processing equipment allows for plasma cutting, oxy-fuel cutting, saw cutting, shearing, machining, lathing, milling, rolling, bending, forming, pressing, drilling, punching, countersinking, threading, tapping, beveling, electro-polishing, and chemical-etching for plates, sheets, tubes, pipes, angles, channels, bars, beams, and bolts.
Possessing all C-60 Welding, C-51 Structural Steel, and C-23 Ornamental Metals trade classifications with the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB) makes Woodland Welding Works a qualified choice for all public and private projects. American Welding Society (AWS) certified welders provide for on-site Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW), Gas-Metal Arc Welding (GMAW), and Shielded-Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) and Gas-Tangsten Arc Welding (GTAW) processes.
