MG Systems Model HSG 6 Gantry Cutting System
The HSG is a gantry cutting system which supports both oxyfuel and plasma cutting. This machine single head machine has a single side drive, rigid delta braced construction, CNC coordinate system, pulse-width modulated DC servo drives and air scribe allows for superior accuracy and precision in cutting and layout. The HSG cuts and scribes for holes and weldment locations. Capacity is 7′ x 15′.
Hypertherm Max 100D Dual-Gas Plasma Cutting System
The Max 100D provides superior cutting power, delivering up to 1-1/4″ thick capacity on most metals. Clean, square cuts are delivered throughout the cutting range. Gas combinations include Air/Air, N2/Air, N2/CO2, Ar-H2/Air, Ar-H2/N2, Ar-H2-N2/CO2 and Ar-H2-N2/N2 can be used on mild steel, stainless steel and aluminum. A plasma gas blend of Ar-H2/ N2 delivers dross-free cuts on thin stainless steel below 1/4″ thick. Above 1/8″, cut edge surfaces are remarkably smooth and with an excellent metallic sheen.
